VISIT: Vogue 100
To mark its centenary year British Vogue is raiding its archives for a major exhibition. Vogue 100: A Century of Style tells the story of one of the most influential fashion magazines in the world, decade by decade, since it was founded in 1916. Expect more than 280 prints of the 20th-century’s most significant cultural influencers, from Fred Astaire to David Beckham, alongside the designers, such as Dior, Saint Laurent and McQueen, that defined the looks of the century. Vogue 100: A Century of Style is at the National Portrait Gallery, London, until 22nd May 2016, sponsored by Leon Max.

DO: Earth Hour
This year WWF’s Earth Hour takes place on Saturday, 19th March at 8:30 pm and marks its tenth lights-out event. Grab your ballet pumps and head to the world’s most iconic landmarks, including London’s Houses of Parliament and the Eiffel Tower in Paris, to see them submerged into darkness or take a stand for climate action on social media. To find out how you can ‘Donate Your Social Power’, visit www.earthhour.org.
SEE: James Bay
Fresh from picking up the 2016 Brit Award for British Male Solo Artist, James Bay continues his winning run of shows with a residency at Hammersmith’s Eventim Apollo this month. From 29th March 2016, Bay will play four nights at the 5,000 capacity venue and the hit singles 'Hold Back The River' and 'Let It Go', which made his debut album 'Chaos and The Calm' the eighth biggest artist album of 2015. Support will come from Frances and Rukhsana Merrise too.
EAT: Dalloway Terrace
With the official start of spring this month thoughts turn not only to sandals but the opening of The Bloomsbury Hotel's new restaurant, Dalloway Terrace. With a menu overseen by the hotel's head chef Paul O'Brien, a thirties-inspired decor and a fully retractable roof, we anticipate to be sampling its cocktails and all-day menu come rain or shine. Open from 7am daily, there's even a non-alcoholic cocktail menu, made in conjunction with the Rare Tea Company, to give your breakfast an extra kick.

VISIT: Strange and Familiar
As titles go, The Barbican Art Gallery’s newest exhibition has certainly got our attention. Curated by iconic British photographer Martin Parr, Strange and Familiar brings together the work of leading photographers Henri Cartier-Bresson, Rineke Dijkstra, Robert Frank and Garry Winogrand, and will run from 16th March until 19th June 2016. The result is a collection that showcases how Britain’s social, political and cultural identity has been captured since the 1930s. For more information, visit www.barbican.org.uk.
