The fabric stitching tore far too soon and the sole is way too thin. I understand it’s necessary to keep the shoe foldable but increasing the thickness a little isn’t going to impact pliability much.

I received my order today but the box was very damaged and I could see a dirty mark on the toe of the shoe before I opened it. (I have pictures to show this but can't upload them here..)

Sadly, in addition to the mark on the left shoe, the shoes don't fit, so I need to return them. However, there was no paperwork in the parcel or on the confirmation email, so could you please advise on the return and refund process?
I have tried the "HELP" button on the website, as well as the contact button. neither one works.
Both the emails I sent bounced. No answer on Instagram. I am waiting to get a response in FB messenger.
Is this company still functional?

I had given up on ever receiving this order. In fact, I was on the point of contacting my bank to dispute the payment as I was sure the shoes would never arrive and I could find no trace of them on the tracking system and the support from the company was not fit for purpose. The delivery estimate is just not accurate at all. As a result I had to collect these items personally from the post offce which was not convenient and not what I had paid for. The shoes themselves seem fine but I will need more time to ascertain if they were worth the money or the wait!

This is very surprising to realize
1. It's been 30 days already and I still haven't received my product
2. I get an email today asking how I like the product without a product.

Could you please check my order status or re-send me so that I can atleast see what I ordered looks like?
