Lovely Shoes But..

The shoes are lovely and very comfortable. Here are the complaints I have:
1)They weren’t shipped out to me until I emailed customer service asking about them.
2)The cute little bows on top arrived mangled. I am still trying to steam iron them back into place.

The most comfortable boots

Delighted with these boots.
They are comfortable, light and easy to put on. Bought these in black as they will go with everything like jeans smart trousers, skirts and dresses.
Great to know they are made with vegan materials.
