My order is still undelivered and untrackable. I have opened a dispute in paypal asking for refund. Until now, after a month no response at al. Undelivered mails because the email adress is not valid, no feasible contact with any other way and the tracking number sent is not valid. The postal service (poste italiano) response was that the shipment has not yet been taken over by their systems

The size and fit are different from the usual Butterfly Twist ballet flats. My order turned out to be too small for my feet to even fit in although I followed the size guide. Had to incur high cost to ship the shoes back for an exchange. Would think twice about ordering again…

I am delighted with my shoes, elegant yet comfortable. I was diagnosed with tendinitis and couldn’t find the shoes that I can walk with without pain but when I tried this brand I was over the moon. I now own 5 pairs and planning to get more designs when my size comes back to stock on those shoes I chose.
