Our shoes are made from the finest vegan leather providing the best material for you and the planet.
How do I clean my Butterfly Twists?
We'd recommend cleaning your shoes gently with a warm wet cloth or a wool cleaning brush.
Are Butterfly Twists true to size?
Butterfly Twists shoes usually come up a little snug. Our material ensures they mold to your feet, creating the perfect shape and feel. We'd recommend using our fit guide* Fit guide* when purchasing.
Will my Butterfly Twists stretch?
All our shoes are designed to stretch a little to ensure optimum fit. The material blend allows for a little give as all feet are not the same. We'd recommend you using our fit guide* to find the perfect size.
Do Butterfly Twists fit all shapes of feet?
The composition of our material is designed to accommodate the shape of your foot and gently hug your feet whether they are wide or narrow.
Returns & Exchange
How do I return or exchange a product?
Please click here to do a return or exchange. We accept a return or exchange on all unworn Butterfly Twists in the original packaging within 30 days of your order. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive your order.
How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
How do I make a gift card exchange?
To make a gift card exchange please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org giving us the order number used and we will do all we can to facilitate the request quickly.
Can I return an order that was a gift?

Shipping & Order
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to most countries around the world. The full selection will be available when entering your address at checkout. At this time, we do not offer free return shipping on international orders, but we will refund your order on receipt of your shoes.
What shipping methods are available?
The different shipping options will be available for you to select dependent on the country you are shipping your order to.
When will my order ship?
Orders received will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday, barring any national holidays.
Can I expedite my order?

We will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order is sent.

Pre-order Items & Gift Cards
Pre -order details
Most pre-order items will arrive within 4 weeks. We will usually state a shipping date in the product description.
Please be aware that including a pre-order item within an order will delay the entire order.
If you would like to receive the in-stock item first, please place two separate orders.
How do I send a gift card.
