All items appearing on the site are currently in stock unless stated otherwise. Goods will be despatched within 2 working days of receipt of order if in stock. All goods will be despatched using a Royal Mail courier.

Unworn boxed items may be returned so long as they are received within 28 days of the order date. They may be exchanged directly for another pair, or a gift voucher will be issued to the value of the shoes and postage. Direct exchanges of goods will be sent free of postal charges. If you don´t find anything else you like or you don´t want a credit note we will refund the price of the goods direct to your credit card. Please let us know your preference.

Customers need to be aware that we can't accept responsibility for goods lost when returning them:- for this reason we suggest the customer uses some form of registered post.
