Sorry! Unfortunately, gifts cannot be returned for cash. However, Butterfly Twists is happy to refund gifts in the form of a Butterfly Twists E-Gift Card.
I want to return an item purchased with a Gift Card or Store Credit. How does this work?
The process for returning item(s) purchased with a Gift Card or Store Credit is the same as that of items purchased with other payment sources. The only difference is that you will receive your refund in the form of a Butterfly Twists E-Gift Card.

You can take your package to any mail carrier of your choice. We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return, as Butterfly Twists will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit.

You will receive a notification from us upon receiving your package. We also recommend securing a tracking number for your package so you can track via your providers website.
