How does sizing work?

Small: Length 23cm, Front Width 7.5cm and Heel Width 5cm.
Medium: Length 24.5cm, Front Width 8.25cm and Heel Width 5.5cm.
Large: Length 25.5cm, Front Width 8.5cm and Heel Width 5.5cm.
Large Large:Length 27cm, Front Width 8.75cm and Heel Width 5.5cm.

Size 37: Length 25cm, Width 17cm Size 37: Length 42cm, Width 17cm

What are the Delivery times?
Any
order place before 2.30pm will be dispatched on the same day. However any
order placed after 2.30pm will be sent on the following day.
UK Deliveries: 3-5 working days
European Deliveries: 5-7 working days
Asia, USA, and Africa: 7-10 working days
Is there a faster delivery service?
Butterfly Twists offer a Special delivery service
If you order before 2.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays), your items will be delivered the next working day. If your order is placed after 2.30pm on Friday, or at any time over the weekend, your order will arrive on Tuesday.

Do you accept payment via Cheque?
Unfortunately
Butterfly Twists do not accept cheque's for online payments. However we
do accept payments via paypal and card payments.
Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international shipping. Unfortunately, at this time international shipping is not free of charge.
Are Butterfly Twists products washable?
For best results we recommend you hand wash the products or alternatively place the shoes in a bag and put on a gentle wash.

What should I do if my order is out of stock?
Butterfly
Twists recommends you choose a select another style, but we aim to have
replacement stock within 8-10 weeks of the item being sold out. However
certain styles might be discontinued at the end of a season.
Can I send my Butterfly Twists as a gift?
We will gladly ship your order or a portion of your order to a different
address if you are giving them as a gift. You can also include a custom
message if you contact our customer service team via phone or email us
with your purchase number.
Can I exchange something I bought in a retail store with a product online?
If there is a fault or problem the product should be exchanged or returned to the store it was purchased from.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to enjoy the BT experience. If for any reason you are not
100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will go beyond the call of
duty to make things right. We will gladly accept your return of any
unworn BTs for an exchange or full refund at any time!
