Can I send my BTs as a gift?
We will gladly ship your order or a portion of your order to a different address if you are giving them as a gift. You can also include a custom message if you contact our customer service team via phone or email us with your purchase number.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to enjoy the BT experience. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we will go beyond the call of duty to make things right. We will gladly accept your return of any unworn BTs for an exchange or full refund at any time!
